At DAX Industries, we are committed to providing reliable equipment and strong customer support. This policy explains how returns, refunds and warranty claims are handled to ensure a clear and fair experience for all customers.

Returns & Refunds
Unwanted Items (30-Day Return Window)
Customers may return unused products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided that:

The item is unused and in original, resalable condition

All packaging, manuals and accessories are included

The machine has not been fuelled, operated, altered or modified
​
If goods show signs of use, damage or missing components, DAX Industries may refuse the return or apply a partial refund typically 10% less than the purchase price.
Once the return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider, funds may take up to 15 working days to appear.

Consumer Rights
​
Our policy includes the legally required 14-day statutory return period under Consumer Contract Regulations.

Damaged or Faulty Goods

If your parcel arrives looking damaged or incomplete, refuse delivery and do not sign for it.

Any suspected faults must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Requested evidence (e.g., photographs or videos) must also be provided within 48 hours so we can assess the issue promptly.

Returns of Machines & Parts

Machines may be returned within 14 days only if they are unused, unmodified, and still in their original packaging.

Modified machines cannot be returned.

Parts or machines that have been used or fitted are non-returnable unless they were faulty upon arrival.

Machines returned as “faulty” will undergo inspection. If found to be fully operational, the customer will be charged for return shipping plus a £85 inspection fee.

Shipping & Handling for Returns

Customers are responsible for the safe return of goods and all return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured courier.

Unused and resalable products will be refunded in full (minus any applicable handling charges).

Used, incomplete or damaged items may be returned at a reduced value or refused.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Where a machine is fully operational but returned due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including original outbound delivery.

Loss of Earnings & Liability
DAX Industries is not liable for:

Loss of earnings

Replacement hire costs

Work delay or interruption

Any other consequential loss
​
If a customer misses a scheduled delivery requiring re-delivery, a £55 + VAT surcharge applies.​
