All Dax Industries machines come with a 1-year UK parts warranty*, facilitated through our Coventry Depot.
 

Warranty Policy

*Warranties apply only to the original purchaser and are non-transferable
*Warranty coverage applies to non-wearable parts only
*Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all warranty claims.

*Claims cannot be processed without valid proof of purchase.

*Machines must be appropriately maintained.
*Daily inspections must be completed.
*Excludes mechanical damage resulting from abuse and incorrect operation.

** Claim Procedure**
- You will provide clear photographs and videos to fully identify the fault. - We will clarify the parts required and confirm that the fault has not occurred due to the above exclusions.
- We will attempt to dispatch parts as soon as practically possible, typically on a next-day delivery service (subject to availability).
- We may request failed parts to be returned our Coventry Depot for future product improvement

Our 1-year parts warranty policy strictly covers parts only! No labour warranty is provided. This allows Dax Industries "Affordable Power" ethos to be reflected in all our machine prices, as we don't incur the operational cost of nationwide engineers.

However, we will get parts out to you as quickly as possible and provide the help you need over the phone to fix these very simple "Nut & Bolt" machines if an issue ever occurs.
